Business Acumen: Data governance is a business function. The individual will have business data governance experience with ability to create data governance principles from the business context (compliance, regulatory, policy, etc) Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with Blue Plans or other large payor organizations, with a deep understanding of healthcare data management and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align data governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
