Role: Python Developer 6 months with possible extension Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite, if they cannot fill in MN, they will consider San Jose location for strong candidates, focus on Minneapolis first) Skills: Python expert DRAM protocol OOP Description: Candidate will be working with ASIC Verification team. The candidate will develop state-of-the-art innovative solutions to enable DRAM test development environment for Micron ASIC team. Key Qualifications Highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Engineer to contribute. Should have deep understanding of Python language and Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Must understand the python unit-test framework, randomization capabilities, and property decorators. Must write clean, efficient, and well-tested Python code. Able to understand existing Python environment and develop new code in plug-and-play fashion. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. Highly driven and self-starter mentality, need to be able to hit the ground running with short ramp-up time. Knowledge of DRAM protocols in a huge plus. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Open to potentially less experience for stellar candidate. But generally, anything less than 5 years would be too junior.
