Hi Vendors, Hope you are doing well Do share with me the relevant profiles on [email protected] Role: Business Readiness Lead Location: Renton / Seattle, WA (Onsite) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and divisions. Ability to communicate and give presentations to high level executives on progress of application rollout. Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the full product roll-out, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Advocating for both the end user and the project team to ensure that quality roll-out of the application. Support the end customers adoption implementation in new applications, tools, or processes. Work with customers, vendors, and different business divisions. Must be proactive in communication and focused on getting the job done. Drive and deliver project results and challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Develop and manage business readiness plan. Build and execute project plans, ensuring conformance to established clients standards and procedures. Development of training materials (documentation, videos) for internal/external customers. Business Readiness risk analysis and mitigation. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly. Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams. Conduct project management improvement activities. QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years of relevant experience in technology management, business readiness, or related roles is required. Strong experience in business readiness activities, such as change management, user adoption, training, and communication planning, is essential. This includes a deep understanding of the impact of technology changes on business processes and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Demonstrated experience leading people. Detail oriented with an ability to support multiple initiatives. Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines. Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization. Effectively communicate to stakeholders for clarity and definition Make presentations to management team and professional peers.
