In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, focusing on seamless migration from legacy systems or other platforms. Your expertise will guide clients through the transition process, ensuring optimal configuration and performance of their Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. Need 8+ year of Oracle fusion experience. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Architect and design Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions tailored to meet client business needs and objectives. Migration Management: Lead and execute migration strategies, including data migration, application reconfiguration, and system integration. Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance throughout the migration lifecycle, addressing technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, offer technical solutions, and ensure a successful transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to align with specific business requirements. Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to clients and internal teams on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX). Proven track record of successful migrations to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including data migration and system integration. Strong technical skills in cloud architecture, integration, and data management. Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Effective communication skills and experience in client-facing roles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification). Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
