No OPT/H1BT/GC profiles for the role Duration: 6 months contract Responsibilities Review the new user onboarding, access request forms, and provide necessary feedback or Submit SRTS tickets with FEPOC for password reset requests and unlocking accounts for Unix, Control M, DB2, CyberArk, VM Horizon, FEP Direct V2, Cognos and Tableau Accounts Provide evidence for SOC II Audits and archive them, as necessary. Manage and support offboarding requests. Submit SRTS tickets for any Adhoc activities where BCBSA needs FEPOC support any corrections required. Obtain necessary approvals and submit SRTS tickets with FEPOC. Research identity and access management issues that are escalated from the Service Desk or through the ticketing system Perform project requests, assignments, and deliverables for platform-specific implementations Qualifications: BS in computer science or equivalent 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant experience in Access Management & Administration.
