Role: Workday Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA (Only Locals or nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday's Cloud Platform. Collaborate with business analysts and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop custom Workday integrations with various third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy and seamless data flow. Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing support and solutions in a timely manner. Document technical specifications, integration designs, and processes for future reference. Stay updated on Workday updates and releases, and assess the impact on current integrations. Work closely with the IT team to ensure that integrations comply with company security policies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Workday integration development, including hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. Strong understanding of Workday's Integration Cloud Platform and Workday security configurations. Proficiency in web services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies. Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification in Integration or related areas is a plus.
