Your role will involve comprehensive testing of Talent Acquisition processes, configuration tasks, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality. You will document test results, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes. Key Responsibilities: Workday Testing: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Talent and Acquisition modules. Conduct end-to-end testing of Talent Acquisition processes, including recruiting, job requisitions, candidate management, and hiring workflows. Perform regression testing to ensure that new configurations or updates do not adversely affect existing functionality. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using defect management tools. Configuration Work: Perform minimal configuration tasks in Workday Talent and Acquisition modules to support testing scenarios. Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments, including creating and modifying business processes, security configurations, and role assignments. Support the implementation of new features and functionality through configuration and testing. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage. Document test results, report on testing progress, and provide insights and recommendations based on test findings. Assist in developing and maintaining testing documentation, including test scripts, test data, and testing standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday updates and releases, particularly in Talent and Acquisition modules. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve testing processes and enhance system performance. Support the training of team members on testing best practices and Workday configurations. Competencies: Workday HCM Technical Experience: 4-6 years of experience in testing within the Workday environment, focusing on Talent and Acquisition modules. Essential Skills: Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in testing within the Workday environment, specifically in Talent and Acquisition modules. Hands-on experience with minimal configuration tasks in Workday, including setup of business processes and security roles. Experience with Workday updates, testing tools, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Desirable Skills: Experience with additional Workday modules or advanced configuration. Knowledge of additional testing tools and methodologies.
