WORK ARRANGEMENT: 100% Remote
[in Wisconsin]. The candidate must be a current Wisconsin resident or relocate
to Wisconsin at their cost at the start of the engagement (remaining in
Wisconsin for the duration of the contract).

DETAILS

The Wisconsin Department of
Public Instruction is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst IV who will serve as
a member of the Application Development Team under the Division of Libraries
and Technology. The Applications Development Team is responsible for enterprise
architecture development, system testing, analysis, and maintenance of
Wisconsin Information systems for education that capture, interrelate, and
report data. This includes WISE applications focused on finance, budget, data
collection, and reporting applications. These systems require extensive
knowledge and experience developing complex applications, reports, and relational
databases. This position will likely be involved with maintaining and enhancing
the departments largest and most complex enterprise applications. This person
will be the QA Analyst for a team practicing the Agile/Scrum development
methodology and provide QA testing support.

Required Skills: (Need
Majority; 5-10+ Years)

10+ years of quality
assurance experience: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts,
practices, and procedures.

Hands-on experience working
with applications related to public education and policies.

Experience with School
Applications and Databases.

.NET development environment.

Azure DevOps.

UAT (User Acceptance
Testing).

Experience writing use cases
and test scenarios.

Experience creating and
documenting Test Plans, Test Scripts, and UAT documents.

Experience with software
development testing: Including unit, integration, system, and acceptance
testing.

Experience working with
Agile-Scrum Methodology.

Nice to Have Skills

Agile Scrum Certification.

Business Analysis.
