Ability to plan and maintain the cross-functional schedule for the program, establishing milestones, achievements, and work breakdowns. Keen understanding of the stages of change management with the ability to plan for and navigate through large-scale changes. Comfortable in ambiguous situations to strategize the best path forward based on known information and gain alignment from key stakeholders. Effective planning, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to address conflicting priorities. Proactively engage influence and empower stakeholders on critical decisions with timely data and meaningful analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to identify and understand the impact of potential risks and take the initiative to mitigate it. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and its execution using both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
