Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate Role: CPI Consultant/ Process Improvement Engineer Location: 100% Remote Visa: USC and GC (Born USCs will win first) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video End Client Johnson & Johnson LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB **MUST have recent Pharma / R&D / Contracting / Compliance / Legal domain experience / communication, leadership qualities, etc Job Summary: Our global enterprise pharmaceutical client seeks an experienced Continuous Process Improvement Consultant to lead an engagement aimed at simplifying and reducing the cycle time of their end-to-end contracting process within the R&D area. The consultant will utilize DMAIC and DMADV methodologies to analyze, optimize, and redesign processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple regions (NA/EMEA/APAC). Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end contracting process improvement project within the R&D area. Utilize DMAIC methodology to deliver detailed current state process flows, including swimlanes and systems/offline tools landscape. Conduct current state cycle time and touch time volume analysis. Identify and prioritize pain points, perform root cause analysis, and identify optimization opportunities. Develop and recommend short to mid-term solutions and redesign future state processes within the current systems landscape. Apply DMADV methodology to design an optimal long-term target state process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, compliance, and regional stakeholders (NA/EMEA/APAC). Ensure the inclusion of critical steps such as contract request submission, authorized supplier confirmation, health care professional confirmation, purchasing, contract execution, IT risk assessment (BPRA), and compliance assessments. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Previous consulting experience highly preferred. Proven experience with DMAIC and DMADV methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt high preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cycle time and touch time volume analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and optimization opportunity identification. Experience in working with diverse regions (NA/EMEA/APAC) and understanding regional differences in processes and systems. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information clearly and concisely to senior management. Experience with process mapping tools and software, preferably MS Visio Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the R&D contracting process in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of IT risk assessments (BPRA) and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
