Job Description Role: Unanet Developer and System Administrator Location: Preference is Jersey- open to all locations- hybrid CTH- must be eligible for conversion without sponsorship after 6 months Interview Process: 2 rounds Rate - W2 (C2H role ) Visa GC & USC Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unanet Developer and System Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of Unanet software, including its development and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Unanet applications, as well as ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of the Unanet system. Key Responsibilities: Development: Design, develop, and customize Unanet applications and modules to meet business requirements. Create and maintain custom scripts, reports, and dashboards using Unanet's API and reporting tools. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Test and deploy new features, updates, and integrations with other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues and bugs. System Administration: Manage and maintain the Unanet system, ensuring its availability, performance, and security. Configure and administer user accounts, roles, and permissions. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management. Develop and implement best practices for system usage, security, and data integrity. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Information Technology Manager Acted as primary administrator for Unanet ERP software and SQL report development for Accounting, Project Managers and Executive Team. Lead training and developed internal documentation for Unanet ERP best practices and procedures. Audited, purchased, and made recommendations for equipment improvements updates. Worked with the CFO to develop budgets and ROI plans for equipment, vendor changes, and new software implementations. Managed, maintained, and completed expense reporting for all software licenses. Managed IT systems, processes, network, and escalations for 115 employees across 4 offices. Maintained AWS cloud-based file and app servers with access to all physical and VPN users. Implemented and maintained new cyber security standards based on ISO 27001. Migrated network from Cisco SMB switches to cloud-based Meraki devices across all physical and virtual sites. Was responsible for procurement and managing installation of all IT equipment, auditing vendor task completions, and system integrations for a new office opened in Austin TX. Transitioned help desk from one MSP to a new MSP as the primary escalation and IT Manager. Planned and implemented transition to Cato SASE across four offices and two AWS cloud regions. Managed Active Directory with AWS integration Decommissioned servers in data center (App, File, ADFS) and migrated to AWS cloud environment. Maintained all switches (Meraki), access points (Ubiquiti AP), and edge SD-WAN Devices (Cato Systems). Managed DNS, DHCP, Firewall, and networking performance issues.
