| From: Ankita, Stellent IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Oracle EBS OTC Technical Consultant Location: 100% REMOTE Length: 12 months Job Description - Interview: Video OTC EXPERT Job Overview: The Oracle EBS R12 Order to Cash Technical Expert will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Order to Cash processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS modules, particularly in Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory (INV). They will work closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and other technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of O2C solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Oracle EBS R12 Order to Cash modules, including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory (INV). Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents. Develop and maintain interfaces, conversions, extensions, and reports (RICE components) related to O2C processes. Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 O2C modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, data integrity, and functionality. Collaborate with functional teams to conduct system testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the solution. Assist in the development of data migration strategies, data mapping, and data transformation processes for O2C modules. Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of Oracle EBS R12, including applying patches and coordinating with Oracle support as needed. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Stay current with Oracle EBS R12 updates, new features, and industry best practices to continually improve O2C processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules, particularly Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory (INV). Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF). Experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Knowledge of integration technologies such as Oracle SOA, REST, SOAP, XML, and web services. Experience with data migration and data conversion strategies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
