The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP BW4HANA and SAP BPC Embedded, along with hands-on experience in creating and managing complex data models. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SAP BW4HANA and SAP BPC Embedded solutions aligned with business requirements. Create and maintain BW modeling objects, including Calculation views, composite providers, and DSOs. Develop and optimize Bex Queries and BW reports using Analysis for Office. Manage and implement changes to existing BW modeling and reports to meet evolving business needs. Modernize and enhance BW and BPC reports to improve efficiency and agility. Leverage Bex Variables, Bex queries, and Input Templates to create flexible reporting solutions. Utilize VBA Macro skills to automate tasks and improve productivity. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Adhere to agile methodologies and utilize tools like JIRA and ChaRM for project management. Proficiently use ABAP and script logic for development tasks. Work independently while seeking guidance from BW lead as needed. Manage and optimize process chains and data load processes. Analyze business requirements and develop detailed action plans. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in SAP BW4HANA and SAP BPC Embedded. At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP BW4HANA and/or SAP BPC Embedded. Hands-on experience with BW modeling objects (Calculation views, composite providers, DSOs). Proficiency in creating Bex Queries and BW reports using Analysis for Office. Experience in change management for BW modeling and reports. Strong understanding of Bex Variables, Bex queries, and Input Templates. VBA Macro knowledge preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, ChaRM). Proficiency in ABAP and script logic. Experience with process chains, data load issues, and performance tuning. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Desired Skills: Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Knowledge of industry-specific business processes.
