| Job Title: Senior Program Manager - IT Security & Vulnerability Management Location: Hybrid (Wilmington, DE or Urbandale/Des Moines, IA) 3 days in the office per week Type: Contract (Immediate hire) Rate: Flexible Duration: Long-term Role Overview: Were seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead IT Security and Vulnerability Management projects. This role involves managing enterprise-class IT and security programs, focusing on network and cloud security, and enhancing vulnerability management processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Projects: Oversee large, complex IT and security projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaboration: Work with IT, engineering, and other teams to integrate security into business processes. Metrics & Reporting: Define and track security metrics, and manage reporting for vulnerability management and incident response. Enhancements: Identify areas for improvement in security programs and implement enhancements. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in Program/Project Management, especially with IT security infrastructure. Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Security Expertise: Experience with vulnerability management, risk assessment, and security tools (e.g., Tenable, Palo Alto). Local Candidates Only: Must be based in Wilmington, DE or Urbandale/Des Moines, IA and able to commute to the office 3 times a week. Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
