| Java AWS Developer- Location Boston, MA Need LOCAL only Long-term Contract Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and designers in the enhancement of an existing web application. Development will also include reports and interfaces. Research, document, design and implement program requirements and specifications. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Stabilize the application once it goes live Required Skills/Experience 5+ years of experience developing Java and Java Spring applications. Working experience on Amazon Web Services deploying EKS containers Experience with and good understanding of Oracle and Postgres relational databases. Experience in object-oriented analysis and design using UML. Knowledge of SQL, JUnit, Maven, CFT and GIT. Working knowledge of Jenkins and Harness A quick learner with the ability to handle development tasks with minimum supervision. Strong communication skills Experience with AWS Batch is a plus. Experience with Angular web development is a plus Experience with Autosys and Quartz is a plus Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
