REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s Degree required. 10+ years of proven experience in working with IT systems or RPA architectures developing, designing, and preparing automation development plans. Hands-on experience with a variety of RPA tools and cognitive platforms, including but not limited to Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Pega, WorkFusion, and Microsoft Power Automate. Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. RPA Developer certifications are preferred but not required (training can be provided). 5+ years of programmed process automation in a high-speed development environment, using programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, with basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is preferred. Experience working on cross-functional, enterprise-wide delivery programs. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills. Advanced knowledge of business tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, and Jira. Thanks and Regards!!
