This individual will analyze business requirements, design and develop robust systems, and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of large-scale projects. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Develops, maintains, and analyzes complex datasets to generate actionable insights. Creates and distributes comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive leadership and stakeholders. System Development and Maintenance: Designs, develops, and implements system enhancements and new applications. Oversees the maintenance and optimization of existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Business Analysis: Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conducts feasibility studies, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities. Project Management: Participates in project planning, execution, and closure. Provides technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership and Development: Mentors and coaches junior team members. Provides guidance on technical best practices and process improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance: Ensures data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control processes. Identifies and resolves system issues and defects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis and development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, SSIS). Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (waterfall and agile). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Background in finance and actuarial systems. Experience with SaaS solutions and payment systems.
