Required / Desired Amount Number of years Technical Documentation skills; Communication skills with both non-technical and technical clients Required 10 Translating customer requirements into functional software requirements, and leverage the latest tech trends for organizational efficiency Required 5 Lead Role as Business Process Analyst/Systems Engineering - analyzing business requirements, developing & maintaining technical requirements Required 7 A sound understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with Standard Query Language (SQL) and producing business reports using SQL Highly desired 3 Quality Assurance - Test Cases Creation, Documentation, execution, Load Test, Performance Testing both manual and automated Required 5 Power BI, JIRA and any other business analysis tools experience Highly desired 4 Azure DevOps Experience Required 3 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Nice to have Test Automation tools such as Soap UI, Selenium Highly desired 4 Familiarity with Micro-services architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
