Agile Leadership: Drive Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies, to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Functional Leadership: Oversee functional aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needs. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and challenges. Data Management: Leverage SQL and data modeling expertise to support product development and decision-making. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Qualifications 8-10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 2+ years as a Product Owner. In-depth understanding of the P&C domain (business perspective and IT implementation). Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Proven ability to lead technical and functional aspects of project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with SAFe framework, SQL, data modeling, and Agile Scrum Master certifications (SAFe, DPDO, PSM) preferred. Knowledge of Guidewire, Snowflake, AWS, and ETL tools is a plus.
