Skills: Technical Project Management Required 5 Years Security Projects (Privilege Access Management, Network segmentation, Disaster Recovery) Required 5 Years Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Desired Certified Scrum Master Certification Desired Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook Required Microsoft Project or other Project Management Tool (Smart sheets, Planview, Jira, DevOps, Monday.com, etc.) Required Progressively responsible IT experience Required 7 Years Mecklenburg County requires a Project Manager with experience managing enterprise security programs and projects including: Privilege Access Management, ideally using One Identity Safeguard as a PLUS Network segmentation. Disaster Recovery Experience managing enterprise security programs and projects including: Privilege Access Management, ideally using One Identity Safeguard as a PLUS Network segmentation. Disaster Recovery Expected Skills: Industry experience, Able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education Shall provide Technical Project Manager services to drive new execution on several programs/projects in the Security functional area. Facilitates the Technical Project Management throughout the project lifecycle Own project execution. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team. Act as Scrum Master on scrum projects and lead the team through full execution. Own all scrum deliverables and conduct all scrum ceremonies.
