| Must be Local to Mason, OH Role: Mid-Level Project Manager (Customer Facing Systems) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 5 months (+extension) HYBRID - 2-3x a week in Mason, OH (no relocation) Visa: No H1B/CPT Job Description: Good to have SKILLS: - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired. - Systems Development and Processes/Methodology knowledge. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 4 or more years Information Systems or Business-related experience that includes the systems/applications of assigned area. 2 or more years experience working in project management. Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing project processes. Must have strong Microsoft Project skills. Provides day-to-day leadership to large, multi-disciplined global project teams and manages the actions required to meet project deliverables. Experience implementing enterprise level business and technical solutions and delivering medium to large application development efforts. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent project workstreams of varying sizes and complexities.Accountable for implementing the standard PMO tools, which include but are not limited to the business case/project approval, work plan, schedule, resource plan, communication plan, change plan, and risk plan. Effectively integrates global resources necessary for successful project delivery. Accountable for keeping project sponsors and stakeholders aware of project status. Manages team risks and issues, assesses impact , and develops recommendations for action when escalation or mitigation is needed. Builds and maintains productive working relationships with team members, external vendors, and internal customers.
