The candidate must be a current Wisconsin resident or relocate to Wisconsin at their cost at the start of the engagement (remaining in Wisconsin for the duration of the contract). Required Skills: (Need Majority; 5-10+ Years) 10+ years of quality assurance experience: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Hands-on experience working with applications related to public education and policies. Experience with School Applications and Databases. .NET development environment. Azure DevOps. UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Experience writing use cases and test scenarios. Experience creating and documenting Test Plans, Test Scripts, and UAT documents. Experience with software development testing: Including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing. Experience working with Agile-Scrum Methodology. Nice to Have Skills (Need X or more of the following): Agile Scrum Certification. Business Analysis. Special Needs Scholarship Programs Incentive Grant Programs. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Experience with automated testing tools: Including creating/uploading automated test scripts. Experience using relational databases (SQL Server).
