Role Overview: As an Android Development Lead for "Squad A," you will be responsible for recommending the most optimal mobile design and implementing design patterns to facilitate development on the prototype while wireframes are being completed. The role involves Android development on Samsung tablets, with the application being rewritten on a cloud-native platform using .NET Core and React as the primary tech stack. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize a safety permit issuing application for internal technicians. Work with an existing prototype and underlying database, including 9 screens and forms. Implement design patterns and UX recommendations into the prototype. Collaborate on developing the full application once design patterns are validated. Application Details: The application is used to issue safety permits for technicians at 100+ nationwide facilities. It involves completing various forms and data entry points for permits before technicians are allowed to start work. Qualifications: Proven experience in Android development, with a strong background in mobile design and development. Familiarity with .NET Core, React, and cloud-native platforms is a plus. Experience with IONIC is beneficial but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement and optimize design patterns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
