Your expertise in project management, governance, and SAP implementations will be invaluable in driving the success of our SAP initiatives, Global PMO experience needed. Key Responsibilities: Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks for SAP initiatives, ensuring adherence to project management standards and policies. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to create comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that the right team members are available for project tasks and responsibilities. Project Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays. Ensure projects are executed within defined timelines and budget. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensuring project continuity. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet established criteria and standards. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and project documentation archives, ensuring compliance with best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project status updates, reporting, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the SAP PMO, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMI certification is a plus. Proven experience in SAP project management and PMO leadership, with a relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of SAP implementations, methodologies, and best practices. Must have experience with PMO-(Project Management Office). Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
