Understand Oracle offerings (including, but not limited to HCM and Payroll) across Cloud and develop thought capital to continuously evolve. Solution opportunities to fit the requirements and needs of customers Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to scope, solution, propose, close and delivery complex HCM cloud engagements. Oracle Payroll, Oracle HRMS Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud HCM Payroll and the various Oracle products and services. Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements. Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business) Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation. Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll. Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience.
