ServiceNow is ticketing and project management. Good technical skills, good written comm skills, compile diagrams and make diagrams from network architecture, They will be asked to architect in some capacity, so the background in this is required. Right now, they dont have a test environment, so they will need one built out. Need it built out to where they can have an effective test environment. He needs to make sure this person can create the test environment. - They have to be able to do track, vendor renewals, end of hardware support, end of life equipment. Certifications: Security+ required, CCNA or CCNP Experience: 10+ Client mentioned they would consider Sr. level Engineers willing to take the step into the architect position with some architecture experience.
