Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O -HR Module Specialist Location: Remote Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Client : DXC Description DXC Technology is seeking great talent to join the Modern Application group. The Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operation functional Consultant will act independently and advise on or manage the solution requirement gathering, design, testing, training and Go live activities for large complex engagements, supporting Presales and implementation primarily. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for establishing world-class approaches to Implementation, testing presales, documentation, client discussions, support on incidents, deployments or upgrades supporting the Project manager, functional lead and/or Services Executive. The Consultant will be a key functional or technical spokesperson for the DXC Microsoft Practice. The Consultant will help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft solutions. He/she must be fluent in all aspects of relevant Microsoft Dynamic D365 F&O products and services and possess excellent presentation skills to concisely design, articulate and present our strategy to decision makers at key customers. The Consultant will facilitate high intensity workshops to develop business requirements, develop demonstrations to provide solution proof, functional demos, support the development of design, testing of design ,training the key user and should support cut over, Go live activities and post Go live functional or technical support. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O HR Module Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) module, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective HR solutions using D365. This role involves configuring, customizing, and optimizing the HR module to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Customization: Configure the D365 HR module to align with business requirements, including core HR functions such as employee management, compensation, benefits, and leave management. Customize the HR module to support specific organizational needs, ensuring that all HR processes are streamlined and efficient. Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation of the HR module in new deployments, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the HR module, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates as needed. Integration and Data Management: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the HR module with other D365 modules and third-party systems. Manage HR data within the module, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff and other users to ensure effective use of the HR module. Create and maintain detailed documentation for the HR module, including user guides, process flows, and configuration settings. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR module and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 HR and recommend adoption of new functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR module. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Experience with configuring and customizing D365 HR to meet business needs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with data integration and management is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in HR or related areas are highly desirable. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR module experience for min. 7 years Client facing skills and documentation for requirement gathering and design documentation experience is must.
