An experienced Workday Developer with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, and leveraging their Oracle EBS expertise to ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Workday integrations and custom reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Utilize Oracle EBS knowledge to ensure proper integration between Workday and Oracle systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business needs. Document integration processes, design specifications, and troubleshooting steps. Provide support and training to end-users as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Workday development, including integrations, reports, and customizations. Strong experience with Oracle EBS modules and integration techniques. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder). Familiarity with SQL, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Workday certification(s) is a plus. Experience with other ERP systems or cloud-based applications. Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
