Must have a minimum of 15 years in IT industry with experience in solution delivery with best practices of implementation and any possible pitfalls. Strong Program Management skills with ability to manage and lead disparate competencies/skills/service lines/Teams. Proven experience working in agile environment. Needs to have strong experience with agile project/program management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence. Must have 10+ years of agile program management experience and 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud. Must have previous experience as a Program Manager for developing schedules, track actions, and drive projects/programs to completion, controlling project/program schedule, program budget, and effort forecasting. Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple projects in a program to meet task, deliverable, and deadline requirements while managing stakeholder expectations. Plan and communicate the details of initial phases of the program, arrange for program kick-off meeting with the client and program, review progress, anticipate and address risks, execute program activities, track progress, review and sign-off deliverables, manage resources, communicate with client and project/program team as planned and deal with project/program issues to successfully deliver engagement and realize value articulated at time of deal closure and obtain the client-sign off. Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic team-oriented environments. Must have effective and professional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with peers, management, internal/external partners, vendors and service providers. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management and the ability to motivate teams to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic and complex problems. Strong client relationship building and communication skills to manage client/management expectations and building service improvement plans Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements, and industry information. Excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of business need and drivers with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence through service provision. Competencies: Digital : SaaS ERP Project Portfolio Management Oracle Cloud, Project Management Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to delivery complex ERP and Oracle engagements. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Desirable Skills: Experience with project management, solutioning and delivery. Skilled at project planning and management including Budget estimation, risk management and a good people manager. Bring exposure and familiarity with complex ERP delivery experience and deep competences in either Oracle, SAP or other ERP solutions.
