| Title: IT Applications Manager (Oracle Fusion) Duration: 6-9+ contract (if USC or GC can convert to full-time) C2H Location: Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL 3 days in office 2 days remote if you cannot find anyone in these locations, I can ask for remote but please first try local MUST HAVE: - 8+ years of team management experience in an ERP environment - 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion Financials support/implementation. - Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance across various modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.), with expertise in business process analysis, solution design, enterprise application support, and vendor management. - Proven ability to manage offshore/nearshore service partners, collaborate with business partners, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders. - Deep knowledge of finance business processes. - Proficient in creating visual representations of business processes, data flows, and architecture diagrams. - Effective project management skills with a collaborative approach to working with business and IT partners. - Adaptable communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical language, and maintain composure under pressure.
