Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect Location:. Hybrid - Jacksonville, FL (10% travel required). Duration : 12 months. Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT . Job Description: Develop and define the overall landscape strategy for SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Public Sector requirements. Provide expert support for the design and integration of various SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality. Lead the integration design between SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA, ensuring efficient data flow and system compatibility. Offer guidance and support for integrations to and from S/4HANA, with a focus on Payroll and related modules. Maintain deep knowledge of S/4HANA, Payroll processes, and SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central. Utilize this expertise to ensure the success of the implementation, addressing any challenges that may arise. Requirements Experience as a SuccessFactors Architect, with a focus on Employee Central implementations. Demonstrated experience in the Public Sector is required. Previous experience as a sub-contractor to SAP with strong internal references within SAP is preferred. Proven success in leading multiple Employee Central implementations as a consultant. Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with S/4HANA and Payroll. Strong proficiency in landscape strategy development and integration design.
