This is a contract-to-hire, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for the administration, consulting, customization, configuration, and setup of ConnectWise features and workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure ConnectWise is optimized to meet business needs efficiently. Responsibilities: Administer ConnectWise to maintain optimal performance and functionality. Consult with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions using ConnectWise capabilities. Customize, configure, and set up features and workflows within ConnectWise based on customer needs. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ConnectWise implementation and usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ConnectWise with other systems and applications Stay updated on ConnectWise updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements. Requirements: 5+ years experience working with ConnectWise platform. Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand and translate customer requirements into ConnectWise solutions. Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring ConnectWise features, workflows, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ConnectWise. Effective communication & documentation skills to relay information to both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
