Business Title: Web Ops, Senior Technical Project Manager, Location: Mountain View, Ca Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex high-volume web project management, web marketing operation, or engineering project management. Web producer or product manager experience (technical) in a web channel. Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment. Passion for the customer, innovation, and operational excellence Go getter - thrive in challenging circumstances and are committed to pushing through difficult situations to accomplish objectives. Comfortable speaking up in large meetings Curious/proactive to improve our process and understand technical requirements. Available for occasional weekend and evening work due to the presence of the PD team in India and for special promos/holidays or complex projects with fixed deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of web content management capabilities and standard methodologies, and proficiency in WordPress, search, and display Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a hands-on approach to project management and a strong bias for action Ability to handle multiple and high volume projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work Strong experience project managing and executing web marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment across multiple cross-functional teams Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business needs Eagerness to learn fast with strong creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Excellent communicator, with both written and oral proficiency, and the ability to build bridges with internal teams and vendors Strong experience in a web channel with testing methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects Experience with understanding figma and design assets is required Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, and SmartSheets is a plus Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
