Job Role: Lead Mobile App and Web Developer 

Location: Alpharetta and Marriott, GA (local only)

Long Term Project

Job Summary:
 The Mobile App and Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create seamless user experiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both mobile and web technologies, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile and web applications.

3+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role, leading development teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as.Net, IIS, web.config, web services, XML, Visual Studio, SQL, powershell scripts

Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android SDKs.

Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.

Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Firebase).

Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1.             Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using native or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).

Develop responsive and scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, .NET).

Expert in .Net, IIS, web.config, web services, XML, Visual Studio, SQL, powershell scripts

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.

Coordinate, track and assign tasks among multiple SE (System Engineer) resources assigned to a project.

Resolve complex customer information technology issues utilizing methods such as, reviewing application logs, querying databases, making configuration changes, branding changes, database modifications, customer guidance, or escalation of unresolved problems in accordance with published guidelines.

Work directly with clients to configure digital application and resolve issues

Work directly with third party vendors to configure and implement solutions to interface with various external systems

Work with senior management to define and implement technical processes and procedures within department focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency

Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues related to projects

Assist with training clients on digital application predominantly web-based

Lead internal technical development training sessions

2.             User Interface and Experience:

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Ensure that applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability across different devices and browsers.

Continuously improve user experience by incorporating feedback and conducting user testing.

3.             API Integration:

Integrate mobile and web applications with third-party APIs and services.

Work with backend developers to define and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between the frontend and backend systems.

4.             Testing and Debugging:

Perform thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

Debug and resolve issues, ensuring applications are stable and error-free before release.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the development team.

5.             Deployment and Maintenance:

Deploy mobile and web applications to relevant platforms, including the App Store, Google Play, and web servers.

Monitor application performance post-deployment, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.

Implement updates and enhancements based on user feedback and changing business needs.

6.             Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver features on time.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

7.             Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile and web development.

Participate in training, workshops, and conferences to enhance technical skills.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices within the team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
