Minimum of 12 years of experience in mainframe architecture and systems design. Proven track record of leading large-scale mainframe projects. Extensive knowledge of mainframe systems (e.g., IBM z/OS, CICS, DB2). Strong understanding of mainframe networking, storage, and security protocols. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in mainframe environments (e.g., COBOL, Assembler, REXX). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
