Role - Oracle Fusion Core HR and Compensation (Only Independent Visa)

Location - Houston, TX

Should have a total of at least 8+ Years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience on Oracle Core HCM and Compensation implementation and Support.

Must have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines.

Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.

Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.

Completed one full life cycle implementation of Core HCM, Oracle compensation Cloud.

At least 3-5 years experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.

Role: Lead SAP Treasury Consultant

Job Location: Remote

System Configuration and testing of SAP Treasury and Cash Management Module in S/4 HANA

Analyze variety of business requirements, make best practice recommendations and supervise new enhancements

Document High Level Design for solutions proposed

Serve as focal point for all topics of SAP Treasury and its integration with other SAP Modules and 3rd Party Applications

Oversee solutions provided for process enhancements and various interfaces

Present to company's senior executives, making recommendations for project/implementation approaches

Support in the data conversion process for financial master and transactional data

Qualification/Experience:

9+ years of SAP Treasury experience, including SAP FI/CO

Deep consulting expertise of SAP TRM and Cash Management and participation in at least 2 full lifecycle project implementations

Deep knowledge of Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning under S4Hana and participation in their implementation

Hands-on experience in BCM payments and payment interfaces

Functional expertise in Account Receivables

Role: Business Analyst with PolicyCenter

Job Location: Remote

Certified PolicyCenter ACE.

Familiarity with Product Designer

Understanding of Forms Patterns in PolicyCenter

Experience with Forms Mapping, particularly in extracting and mapping data to insurance forms like ISO and NCCI.

Proficiency with XML schemas, particularly for PolicyCenter integrations (nice to have)

Proficiency in writing and validating XPath expressions (nice to have)

Familiarity with SmartComm or similar tools for document generation.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

4 years plus Guidewire Experience

2 x experienced GW Policy Center Certified needed, Resources must be based in the AMER to work during customer working hours ,

SBT experience is a plus, as is NON-ERC and Commercial Auto.
