| Hi Team, Role : Tableau Developer Location : Onsite - San Antonio, Texas YoE : 10+yrs Previous experience in USAA is preferred We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and experience working with large datasets. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing Tableau dashboards and reports that drive key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Perform data analysis and create data visualizations to highlight trends, patterns, and key insights. Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization. Integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and accuracy in visualizations. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau products. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to understand data pipelines and improve data access. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role. Experience in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation using Tableau. Strong understanding of SQL and experience in querying databases. Experience working with large datasets and complex data models. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Skills: Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Tableau Certification is a plus. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is an advantage.
