Rate range : $45-$48/hr. on C2C max Job Description: Responsibilities Lead a team of support analysts to provide support and maintenance for clients' Ab Initio environments Manage support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues Develop and maintain support processes and procedures for Ab Initio environments Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored support solutions Coordinate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements to Ab Initio environments Monitor Ab Initio environments for performance and stability, implementing optimizations as needed Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on support activities and performance Stay up to date with Ab Initio technology trends and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in handling operations in Production Support.
