| Job Title: Salesforce Data Integration Developer Job Type: Mid Level Rate: $50/hr Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 months (initially) Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Data Integration Developer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with our data platform migration to Snowflake, DBT, and Matillion. Due to challenges faced by Accenture in finding suitable offshore resources, we are looking to onboard up to 4 resources who can work effectively within a 2-3 hour overlap with our team. Key Requirements: Location: Nearshore or onshore; must have at least a 2-3 hour work hour overlap with our team. Experience Level: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience. We are targeting junior to mid-level professionals and will not consider candidates with extensive experience (10-15 years) who are primarily data architects or data migration SMEs. Core Duties: Hands-on development is required, focusing 80-100% of time on core development activities as part of the SDLC. Architecture responsibilities are not included. Responsibilities: Design, build, and support efficient integration solutions for Salesforce with boundary systems. Collaborate with product owners, systems analysts, and technical team members to develop Salesforce integration solutions that address business needs. Participate in requirement gathering and grooming sessions with business stakeholders and functional teams. Experience: 2+ years of experience in data, application development, and system integration on the Salesforce platform. 2+ years of experience with cloud data technologies, including Informatica (IICS), Amazon Cloud Services, Snowflake, DBT, and API development. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and technical unit testing. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools (BitBucket and JIRA) is a plus. Qualifications: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently and multitasking. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong documentation abilities, including technical documentation. Proficiency in SQL, including the use of CTEs, relational databases, and normalization. Experience with cloud data solutions such as RDS and/or Snowflake.
