| Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager Location: Hybrid, Midtown New York City/NJ (3 days onsite per week) Key Responsibilities: Shared Services Management: Lead efforts to track and report Shared Services Technology expenses. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with finance and tech teams to define expense categories and tracking methods. Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, conduct daily stand-ups, and oversee QA/UAT testing. Expense Tracking: Handle technology expenses, including CTB/RTB labor, software capitalization, capital expenditures, and third-party software. Key Qualifications: Experience: Extensive background in managing Shared Services projects and CTB/RTB labor. Financial Understanding: Knowledge of technology expenses and budgeting in a large financial institution. Technical Skills: Familiarity with banking and capital markets; experience with technology budgets and expense management. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to facilitate sessions and challenge expense tracking proposals. Candidate Requirements: Location: Must be local to NY/NJ and able to commute to the office three times a week.
