The ideal candidate should have: Robust background in Salesforce Manual/ Automation testing. Experience using any of the Automated Test Execution tool (ACCELQ/ Selenium/ Tosca) Involved in Performance Load Testing (PLT) and worked on the automated Regression part of execution Knowledge on Banking Domain Nice to have knowledge on the CI/CD tools like AutoRABIT/GIT/ Jenkins Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce applications. Define test objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and understand testing requirements and expectation Manual and Automation Testing: Lead and participate in manual testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using ACCELQ, Selenium, and other relevant tools. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers and testers, providing technical direction and support. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on team performance. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure best practices in testing are followed. Test Environment and Tools Management: Configure and manage test environments, ensuring they are properly set up for testing activities. Utilize and manage test management tools to track test progress and results Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on testability. Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other key stakeholders. Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure effective communication between testing and development teams Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
