Must Haves ( make sure these bullets are on the resume , in the company descriptions , not just at the top in the summary) Education or Universities or Healthcare companies is a plus they will chosen first for interviews Need these 2 skills (HIPAA) and (FERPA)*with healthcare Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA)* and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Must have 7 + recentyears as a(Systems Administrator & Database Administrator) with both Windows & Linux 7 + recent years Experience administering Intel-based server hardware with Microsoft Windows server operating systems. Experience with virtualization. 7 + recent years Experience administering Windows- and Linux -based server software such as web servers,database servers, application servers and use of Active Directory, CAS and SAML identity providers. Experience with Azure Stack 7 + recent years Experience implementing an ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Data Lake and Azure Data Factory. Experience with managing & deploying ASP.NET web applications using IIS. Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Experience with database management and writing SQL queries in T-SQL, LINQ and PL/SQL Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of the Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA)* and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). *(Previous FERPA experience is not necessary; we will require the candidate selected for hire to complete our standard FERPA training). Experience administering Intel-based server hardware with Microsoft Windows server operating systems. Experience with virtualization. Experience administering Windows- and Linux -based server software such as web servers, database servers, application servers and use of Active Directory, CAS and SAML identity providers. Experience with modern network systems, using various platforms and integrations of multiple third-party software solutions, in a large complex network environment. Experience with database management and writing SQL queries in T-SQL, LINQ and PL/SQL. Experience implementing data migration projects from complex database systems and data warehouses. Experience with database modeling and query optimization. Knowledge and understanding of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Knowledge of data security best practices. Analytical skills to evaluate current business processes and to develop automated solutions to enhance the data management functions of current processes. Writing skills to develop technical and operational manuals. Excellent interpersonal skills and oral communication. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with managing & deploying ASP.NET web applications using IIS. Experience implementing an ETL solution using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Data Lake and Azure Data Factory. Experience using DevOps pipelines and the Azure stack. Experience in Agile methodology.
