Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in support engagements with substantial experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration, particularly within the ITSM module.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching.
Proficiency in analyzing and fixing ServiceNow issues related to ITSM modules.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
Project Management: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes, with experience in applying these frameworks to project management and process improvement.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
