Telecom Business Analyst with supply chain & Project Management exp.

Location: Coppell, TX (onsite) or Bellevue, WA Onsite

US Citizen only

Description:

REQUIRED skills: Project Mgmt experience, Agile experience, JIRA, Sharepoint, Microsoft suite, PlanView, PowerBI - most of these tools are nice to have and not must have (easy to learn).

Supply Chain Experience. Biz Analyst, Product Owner. Process creation/documentation/improvement.

Will support Supply Chain Business Operations / Delivery

What does a typical day look like (daily tasks) Work with the Supply Chain Delivery Mgmt team and the rest of the SQuAD organization on the following types of activities:

Quarterly Planning process solidified and documented specially for Supply Chain includes key players roles. Document RACI.

Create Centralized Sharepoint for all as is processes. Can help pull docs we have for Device and Network and outline where we might have gaps. This would help when creating features instead of relying on tribal knowledge.

Review/mapping and documenting of the working R2D2 process between all IT teams that touch Supply Chain.

Standardize Leadership reporting on what they want to see in regard to initiatives/enhancements/IDS.

Preferred background/prior work experience Supply Chain, Process, Project Management, Knowledge of Testing, Bachelor Degree required

Priority soft skills Task Management, process creation and improvement, Agile At least 8+ years relevant experience required.

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.

This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals.

Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers.

Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.

Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives.

Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. Plans, facilitates, and participates in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
