Position: Oracle VBCS Lead (Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service) Location: Remote We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with OIC and VBCS, with a strong focus on developing and integrating applications using these platforms. The candidate should have a deep understanding of VBCS components, including service connections, ADP, SDP, and various page lifecycle events. Key Responsibilities: OIC Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to streamline business processes and enable seamless data flow between systems. VBCS Development: Build and customize applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), focusing on creating user-friendly and efficient interfaces. Service Connection Provision: Create and manage Service Connections (SC) in VBCS to enable smooth integration with other applications and services. Application Development: Utilize Application Data Providers (ADP) and Service Data Providers (SDP) to efficiently handle data within VBCS applications. UI Components: Implement and manage editable tables, cascading LOVs (List of Values), dependent LOVs, and input parameters within VBCS to enhance user experience and data interaction. Page Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage VBCS applications with a deep understanding of page lifecycle events, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. ORDS Integration: Work with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to build and deploy RESTful web services within the VBCS environment. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver scalable and robust solutions. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in OIC and VBCS applications, optimizing performance and usability. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and 2 + years of experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). Proven experience in creating and managing Service Connections, ADP, SDP, and handling VBCS page lifecycle events. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing and managing integrations. Proficiency in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for building and customizing applications. Experience with editable tables, cascading LOVs, dependent LOVs, and input parameters in VBCS. Understanding of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and its integration within VBCS. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
