Position : Salesforce Developer/Architect Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Duration :6+Months C2H Mode of interview : Video Job description : Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and project objectives. System Design and Architecture: Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for adoption within our technical stack. Make recommendations based on industry trends, best practices, and project requirements. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and maintainability. Implement processes and tools to maintain code quality and enforce best practices. Project Planning and Execution: Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle. Mentorship and Training: Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development. Provide technical training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and capabilities. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders to drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Abilities may be assessed through written, verbal, and other evaluation methods. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior technical role, with a focus on system design and architecture. 5+ year experience as salesforce.com developer or architect required. Strong expertise in software development methodologies, coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React). In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, message brokers, and caching mechanisms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
