| Job title: ETL Informatica Developer Duration: Longterm Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid) GC & USC - Job Description: We are seeking a skilled senior Informatica Developer with extensive experience in both Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions to support our business intelligence and data management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud to meet business requirements. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure proper integration with data warehouses. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings. Design and implement data warehouse schemas (star/snowflake models) and optimize performance for large-scale data processing. Leverage Informatica Cloud services for integrating cloud-based data sources with on-premises systems and other cloud applications. Support data warehousing initiatives by designing and implementing data models, schemas, and structures that support analytical and reporting needs. Monitor and maintain ETL jobs, addressing any issues to ensure the continuous flow of data. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of developed solutions. Work closely with the IT team to ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies. Diagnose and resolve ETL and data integration issues in a timely manner, providing support to data teams and end-users. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and integration workflows. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data warehousing, ETL, and data integration. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Implement data quality rules and processes within Informatica to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data across systems Strong experience with data warehousing concepts, design, and development. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred having work experience in IDQ Certification in Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud is a plus. AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, or similar cloud certifications. Experience with other data integration tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS) is a plus. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
