The role requires deep technical expertise in SailPoint, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design and develop custom SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components such as workflows, rules, and connectors. Customize SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet specific business requirements, including custom API integration, report generation, and UI development. System Integration: Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems, applications, and data sources. Develop and maintain connectors for provisioning, reconciliation, and synchronization of identities between different systems. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor and train team members on SailPoint best practices and new features. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide third-level support for SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
