Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus. **Job Functions:** Collaborate with internal development teams to build CI pipelines and troubleshoot issues in project releases. Work closely with the CI/CD team to maintain and manage CI/CD tools and pipelines, supporting full automation of CI. Apply multi-tenancy and SaaS principles in CI/CD pipelines as a service provider. Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout the project lifecycle and ensure high-quality automation solutions. Document detailed application specifications and technical designs. Provide production support, including environment setup, administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
