From: Shipra Kashyap, GVR INFOTEK LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Kronos Consultant Location: Fully Remote Required Skills Kronos, Workforce Central (v8.1), Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Accruals, Time and Attendance, Activities, Time Clocks, and configuration experience Deep and diverse background of Kronos Workforce Central (version 8.1) experience to be able to work on a variety of enhancements, troubleshoot existing setup/configuration and offer recommendations based on construction of current system Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and with proper amount of unit testing and helping the business sign off on testing Ability to troubleshoot and configure time clocks and biometric devices Lead and facilitate complex interface modifications or troubleshooting using WIM Manage and configure activity tracking within the Kronos system to ensure accurate logging of employee tasks and project-related activities Develop and maintain the accrual policies and configurations in Kronos, ensuring accurate tracking and calculation of employee leave balances, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of paid time off Oversee the attendance and timekeeping functionalities within Kronos, ensuring that employee hours are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported in compliance with company policies and labor regulations Must be able to work in an agile product teams environment and capable to attend and actively participate in product team ceremonies calls scheduled between 8 AM to 11 AM US Eastern Timezone Participate in standup calls to provide updates on work progress, identify and address any roadblocks, and foster collaboration within the team Attend and actively contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives, providing valuable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, leveraging system knowledge to contribute to accurate story point estimation Collaboratively communicate and exchange valuable insights, knowledge, and best practices related to Kronos with the team and organization A typical workload breakdown would involve: 90% of the time dedicated to story work for enhancements, optimizations, and research. This includes tasks related to improving systems, processes, and implementing new functionalities. It could involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and implementing changes. 10% of the time allocated to run and maintain activities or directly supporting cases that involve interactions with employees, supervisors, or HR managers. This encompasses handling support tickets or inquiries, addressing system issues, providing guidance or training to end-users, and resolving any challenges or concerns raised by stakeholders.
